When does the prepay code on photo envelope expire?

24 hours after picture day

How can I place an order after picture day?

Your best option is to wait for your safe child card/proof, and order online using your personalized code.

Do I have to place an order on picture day?

No, you do not. Please refer to previous answer.

What if my child forgot to hand in their envelope?

Not to worry! You will receive a safe child card with a personal secure ordering code. Then you can go and order online at that time.

Do I need to include a payment with my order?

Yes, all orders require a payment at the time of ordering – cash, check, or prepayment online.

Will my child be photographed if I do not place an order?

Yes, all children are photographed whether an order is placed or not.

Do I have to print the receipt and have my child bring it on picture day?

No, we have a record of your order and nothing needs to be sent in on picture day.

My child lost their student ID card, can you replace it?

We would be happy to replace that for you. Have your school contact us for a replacement ID Card. There is a $10.00 reprocessing and shipping fee. Once we collect your payment, we can have that replaced for you and shipped right to the school.

Is there a fee to have my child’s picture retaken?

Yes, there is a small retake fee, and it will be noted on your envelope. If you placed an original order, return those photographs on makeup day and it will be replaced at no charge with the new image.

What if my child was absent on picture day?

We return to each photographed school for a retake/absentee day. Please contact our office for retake date.

My child was absent on the original and the makeup picture day, now what?

We will offer in studio makeup days in December. Please call our office to make arrangements.

Can I place an order on makeup day?

Yes, an order can be placed on the makeup day online or by sending the envelope into school on picture day (fall).

Can I change my online order once it’s placed?

No, unfortunately not.

Can I change my order once the envelope is sent into school?

No, unfortunately not, once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to it as we cannot stop production in the lab to locate the order.

When can I expect to receive my package? (this can be for either prepay or orders after prepay)

Prepay Orders in fall about 4-6 weeks after picture day. Spring about 2-3 weeks after picture day. If they placed their order online after picture day once they reviewed the portrait online, they can expect to receive it about a week to ten days after placing the order. (December can present delays around the holidays as the office shuts down for a few weeks).

How long will it take to receive my digital image?

Digital images in prepay orders are generally sent out about 2-3 weeks after picture day.

When ordering a digital product, does it include a copyright release?

Yes, it’s included with the download.

Why are the pictures more expensive after the pre-pay?

The pre-pay orders are printed and processed in bulk so we are able to offer it at a discounted rate.

I received my order but I’m missing items, or some items are damaged.

Please call our office to discuss replacement.

What does retouching include?

Image retouching will reduce and soften the appearance of minor facial blemishes. It will not correct fly away hair or major blemishes.

Can I add retouching to the makeup day order?

Yes, please mark the front of the picture envelope in bold, add retouch and include the retouch payment in the picture day envelope and we would be happy to make that change for you.

Do I keep the class photo when returning my original package on makeup day?

Yes, you will need to pull that out of the package and hang onto that as it will not be reprinted with the new package.

Can I use the family plan discount on makeup day?

Yes, as long as all orders were placed as prepay orders, the family plan can be used for the original picture day or retake day. The order MUST be placed online.

Is the prepay code the same for original day and makeup day?

Yes, it is.

Can I prepay online before makeup day but for the original image?

If placing an order for an original day image, please use your child’s personal code from their safe child card to place your order.

How can I get a refund?

If you are not interested in a retake, please mail your child’s photos to us and include a note requesting a refund. Once we receive the photos, we will then issue a refund. You will receive your refund within 2 weeks of our receipt of your photos and a follow up email will be sent to you as well.

How long do you store images in your system?

We store images for 1 year, after that they are unavailable.
