In consideration of Merchant accepting Customers payment by check, and other good and valuable consideration, Customer agrees that if any check is returned unpaid for any reason, Customer expressly authorizes Merchant or its processing agent or assignee to electronically collect, or create a demand draft to collect, the face amount of the check and a $20 return-check service fee as well as any applicable bank fees and sales tax.
